I wrote my first running plan in school, with the aim to improve my 5km time. In the last year, I've been following a full distance Ironman training plan, which I completed in September 2024.

I love talking about all things training, nutrition, and finding out what works and why. I love breaking down barriers for new people to get into the sport they love to do.

  • 10km PB 39:19

  • 2024: full distance triathlon (3.8km swim, 180km cycle, 42km run)

  • 2025: half ironman(s) and full ironman

In the past few months, inspired by the woowoo crew, I started a different 5k program, and never finished it. It was quite underwhelming, boring and in general just left me wanting more.

Which is where my passion for this program comes in - it is everything that I wish I had, and even now, would want on my running journey; accountability, advice… a team behind you. Just giving you a plan is not enough for us. We provide everything that all the other free plans do not.
